At Black Timber Builders, we believe the best inspiration for living is rooted in family, community, and the natural environment around us. We are passionate about drawing on these pillars to generate a legacy that is greater than any of us and focused on our mission to be good stewards of the land and its resources.
Black Timber Builders was founded in 2011 with a focus on designing and building some of the most forward-thinking homes in the region. Our focus on relationships has created strong partnerships with our trades that generates an unmatched commitment and level of thoroughness across our project teams. We all band together to do what it takes to deliver the highest quality of living for our clients and our communities.

COMMITMENT TO THE ENVIRONMENT
Building for the future is a passion of the entire Black Timber team. Our consideration of the built environment allows us to create spaces that are functional while improving the quality of lives for those who live in them. As part of this commitment, we are on the forefront of Passive House design and construction. We are building the first single-family community of 100% Passive House Certified homes in the country. This first-of-its kind community represents a commitment to sustainable design and building practices.
Through thoughtful planning, intentional design, and a commitment to bettering our environmental impact, we have brought a new standard of quality to the Northern Colorado building community.
