This active and sustainable community in north Loveland will broaden Loveland’s continuum of home offerings through the inclusion of for-rent apartments and for-sale homes. Our vision is an integrated, walkable community with right-sized options for all of our future residents, including professionals, new families, and active seniors. Setting an example of innovating beyond the traditional housing development, we plan to build homes for a broad range of price points and needs. Sugar Creek will feature intentional landscape design utilizing less water, with an eye toward preservation and enhancement of the existing wetlands.
